There's a Species of Ant that's a Slave-Maker - Apparently.

The Polyergus breviceps, a species of ant found in North America, is known to raid colonies of other ant species, capturing the workers and forcing them to become "slaves" to do their bidding. These enslaved ants, often referred to as "puppae," are genetically identical to the Polyergus breviceps, suggesting that they may be the result of a past invasion that led to the creation of a new species. Studies have shown that up to 40% of a Polyergus breviceps colony can be composed of these slave ants.
