There's a place where it never snows - Apparently.
Svalbard, a Norwegian archipelago in the Arctic Circle, is home to the Global Seed Vault, also known as the "Doomsday Vault". This subterranean storage facility is designed to preserve seeds from the world's crop varieties. While Svalbard's climate is extremely cold, with temperatures often below -12°C (10°F), it's remarkably snow-free. This is due to the area's unique geography, with a rain shadow effect that prevents snow from forming. In fact, Svalbard's lowest snowfall record is only 0.1 inches (2.5 mm) in 1967.
