There's a Giant Crystal Cave in Mexico - Apparently.
Deep within the Naica Mine in Chihuahua, Mexico, lies the Cave of the Crystals, home to some of the largest natural crystals on Earth. Discovered in 2000, the cave's temperature is a scorching 136°F (58°C), which has allowed the growth of giant selenite crystals reaching up to 36 feet (11 meters) in length. This unique geological formation is a result of millions of years of mineral-rich water flowing through the cave, slowly depositing layers of crystalline material. The cave is now a protected site, preserved for scientific study and exploration.
