There's a "frozen waterfall" in Alaska - Apparently.
The "Frozen Niagara" is a rare natural phenomenon where a waterfall, typically formed by a river or stream, freezes solid in winter. In Alaska's Mendenhall Glacier, the Nugget Falls waterfall freezes in a solid sheet of ice, reaching up to 70 feet (21 meters) wide and 100 feet (30 meters) tall. This rare occurrence happens only when the air temperature is below -10°F (-23°C) and the water flow is constant, creating a breathtaking sight that's only visible for a few weeks each winter.
