There's a forest in Poland that's 25,000 years old - Apparently.
In Białowieża Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, some trees are estimated to be between 25,000 and 30,000 years old. This ancient forest has survived multiple ice ages, deforestation, and human activities. The oldest tree in the forest, a pine, is believed to have been a sapling during the last interglacial period. Scientists have used radiocarbon dating to verify the age of the forest, making it one of the oldest continuously growing forests in Europe.
