There's a computer bug that's still causing problems today. - Apparently.
In 1947, a team of engineers at Harvard University, including Grace Hopper, discovered a moth stuck in a relay of the Harvard Mark II computer. They taped the moth to the computer log and wrote "First actual case of bug being found" next to it. The moth is now preserved in the museum at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, California. This event marked the origin of the term "bug" in computer science, and the moth is still on display today as a reminder of the origins of the term.
