There's a computer bug that's been alive since 1980 - Apparently.
In 1971, a programmer at the NASA Ames Research Center named Margaret Hamilton coined the term "bug" to describe an error in her team's Apollo 11 code. Thirty years later, in 2001, a team of researchers at the University of California, Berkeley, discovered a long-dormant computer bug that had been hiding in the code of the University's computer system since the 1980s. Known as the "Berkeley Moonbug", it was a minor issue that caused the system to crash occasionally.
