The world's smallest painting, "Jordan," was created by artist Wim Wenders in 1995. Measuring only 0.15 inches square, it is a miniature oil on board painting that depicts the artist's friend, Jordan. The painting is so small that it can be seen with the naked eye, but only just. The Guinness World Records recognized it as the smallest painting in the world in 1995.
