The shortest tennis match in history lasted just 4 minutes - Apparently.
In 1995, the men's singles final of the Wimbledon Championships between Alex Corretja and Boris Becker was cut short due to a neck injury sustained by Becker. The match, which had started normally, was abandoned after Corretja won just 7 of 13 games. Despite the brevity of the match, Corretja's victory earned him a cash prize of £14,000.
