In 2011, the Peel P50, a tiny three-wheeled car from the Isle of Man, was certified by Guinness World Records as the shortest car ever made. The Peel P50 had a top speed of 48 km/h (30 mph) and was powered by a 49cc engine. Only 50 units were produced, and it's believed that only about 25 still exist today.
